Smashing Gods. Salt & Pepper mills!

The ritual behind the mills salt and pepper is all about good food and the gathering of around the table and even the taste, smell and hearing that contribute to the enjoyment of food.
From the museum, in particular the ground floor rooms that host the ancient statues and amphorae, I created the idea of the combination of an ancient bust and a “tweaked” classic pepper mill to give a humorous mood.
My inspiration behind this usable object: which is that the achievements of the past and the repositories that our ances- tors left us, if you do not work on them, do not think and do not experiment, stagnate. “Know, that My ancestor created some-
thing that was not a direct conquered my own generation. What if I go to work or you do not experiment on that, future generations will forget his work.”So I through this article I try to show that the “drown” of the past (not necessarily it’s cancellation) we can move forward and we leave our mark on the course of history.
